The distillery works on the traditional distillation techniques and the philosophy is the production of premium gin, distilled in unique editions, and with the aim always achieving the highest quality product. The gin is produced by a set of seven distillations and the aromatic infusions are specially selected and with the characteristics of the region, creating a distinctive bouquet and an exuberant character. The composition of the gin includes Portuguese juniper, butternut pumpkin harmoniously
combined with coriander seeds, pink pepper, cardamom, walnut, tomato, raspberry, blackberry, strawberry, stork plant, St Johns wart, oregano, lime, rosemary, thyme, orange blossom, lemon, tangerine and cinnamon.
The alcohol content is 40% with a taste that is full, harmonious and balanced with a perfumed character. The bouquet is distinctive and exuberant.
